Job summary

KH Resources Auto Parts Trading Sdn Bhd in Tampoi, Johor is seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our warehouse team. You will manage day-to-day inventory records, log incoming stock, and support order fulfilment with accuracy and reliability.

This full-time role requires experience in warehouse operations, familiarity with warehouse management systems, strong numeracy, and teamwork. You will help maintain safety, organise stock, and ensure timely, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, storage or distribution.
• Proficient with WMS and basic computer software.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Able to lift heavy items and work in a warehouse.
• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Familiarity with auto parts or automotive industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and log incoming inventory into the warehouse management system.
• Organise and arrange stock items in designated storage locations following warehouse standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and process order documentation for outbound shipments.
• Pick and pack items according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Label and tag inventory items with relevant information for easy identification.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Liaise with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Report any damaged or defective items to supervisors immediately.
• Support stock take activities and cycle count procedures as required.
