Job summary

PrimaBaguz, a Malaysian halal food manufacturer with global connections, is seeking a warehouse professional to manage receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, FIFO, and maintaining a safe workplace.

You will perform stock checks, ensure proper storage, and communicate with management about issues. Minimum SPM or equivalent is required, with at least 1 year in warehousing and a forklift license.

Qualifications

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience with basic math skills.
• Forklift license and operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance and inventory control.
• Perform regular stock checks and ensure storage space is well-kept.
• Monitor expiry date and strictly follow FIFO system.
• Ensure all work orders are completed within the time frame.
• Inform superior of any issues that arise.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for managing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and operation of the warehouse. Handles the recording and maintaining of inventory, identifying the accuracy of received items and dispatch operation including facilitate the upkeep of a warehouse and direct the flow of products.

Responsibilities

• Handling daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control.
• Perform regular stock checks and ensure the storage space is well-kept.
• Perform monitoring and update the expiry date and strictly follow FIFO system.
• Ensure all work orders are completed within the time frame.
• To inform superior for any issue arise.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Education

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent in a related field.

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse role and management and a basic understanding of mathematics is essential in handling the inventory.
• Have a Forklift skills with license.

Skills

• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements such as FSSC, HACCP, GMP, ISO and others.
• Good communication skills and time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels .
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
