LEE TAT LEE ENTERPRISE SDN BHD is seeking a Store Assistant to join our Penampang, Sabah store. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions at the checkout, and keeping the store tidy and well-stocked for a positive shopping experience.

You will be the face of our brand, helping customers, restocking shelves, and supporting the team to meet sales targets. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service to all shoppers
• Assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries about our merchandise
• Processing customer transactions accurately at the checkout
• Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise in a neat and organised manner
• Maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness throughout the sales floor and storage areas
• Monitoring stock levels and alerting management to items that require replenishment
• Handling and organising incoming deliveries and stock items
• Following company policies and standard operating procedures at all times
• Supporting the store team in achieving sales targets and promotional objectives
• Responding to customer complaints professionally and escalating issues to management where necessary
