Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South is seeking a Steward Supervisor to lead the stewarding team on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will supervise dishwashing, coordinate cleaning schedules, monitor equipment, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld across back-of-house areas.

You will train stewards, manage inventory, report maintenance needs, and work closely with culinary and service teams to deliver a safe, efficient and well-organised kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising stewarding or kitchen support teams.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to organize cleaning schedules and manage inventory.
• Excellent communication and leadership to coordinate a diverse team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
