Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in steam turbine outage planning and related activities.
• Proven ability to solve significant technical problems in engineering and execution processes.
• Strong project and time management skills with autonomous work style.
• Focused on quality, cost, on-time, and on-budget performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead tendering and execution phases as the technical lead for the bid, including scope, BOM, RFQ reviews, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with field and design engineering to drive technical resolutions and corrective actions.
• Plan outages and optimize outages for the regional steam turbine fleet.
• Support knowledge transfer to Onsite/Field networks and regional teams.
• Provide guidance to less experienced engineers and contribute to process improvements.
