The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the overall commercial and operational performance of the Penang branch, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer development, and branch management. The role focuses on driving new business acquisition, expanding key accounts, strengthening market presence, and achieving branch financial targets while ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

As the branch leader, the incumbent will develop and execute growth strategies, build strong customer and partner relationships, lead a high-performing team, and ensure sustainable business performance. This role carries full P&L responsibility and plays a key role in expanding Aramex's freight forwarding and logistics business across the Northern Region of Malaysia.

Job Description Commercial Growth & Business Development

• Lead the branch's business development strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.

• Review business performance regularly and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Provide management with accurate reporting on branch financial and commercial performance.

• Act as the senior point of contact for strategic accounts and critical customer matters.
• Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term business partnerships.
• Represent Aramex in customer meetings, industry events, and commercial engagements.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a branch management or commercial leadership role within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven track record in business development, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and account management.
• Experience with full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and branch performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, pricing, and stakeholder management skills.
