Responsibilities

• Supervise daily staging and loading operations to ensure proper receiving and loading.
• Maintain staging floor discipline, visibility, and safe movement of goods.
• Ensure invoices and dispatch docs align with shipments and quantities.
• Coordinate with invoicing, picking, transport, and warehouse teams for smooth outbound flow.
• Lead loading processes to ensure accurate, safe, and on-time truck loading.
• Monitor readiness and depots against route, priority, and loading plan.
• Resolve stock discrepancies, invoice mismatches, and loading delays.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and operational discipline in staging/loading areas.
• Support continuous improvement to boost staging efficiency and shipment accuracy.
