Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Sustaining/Development roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Computer or related field.
• Onsite work requirement in Malaysia.
• Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, with familiarity in JMP; PDF tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sustain multiple products across lifecycle and mass production.
• Drive COGS improvements, yield, test time, and quality improvements.
• Manage PCRB change processes and support qualifications and migrations.
• Disposition abnormal or production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Interface with Operations, QA, Reliability, Factory and OSAT.
• Monitor and resolve manufacturing and test issues across fab, assembly, and test sites.
• Analyze product performance and reliability to support RMA/FA.
