Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in product engineering, a related engineering degree, and strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• On-site work requirement.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis; JMP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IC semiconductor processes; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Sustain multiple product lifecycles in high-volume production.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Drive yield improvement and test time/failure optimizations.
• Manage PCRB risk and product qualifications/changes.
• Dispos tion of abnormal lots and production issues.
• Monitor manufacturing/test issues with fab, assembly and test sites.
• Analyze product performance and support customer returns (RMA/FA).
