Key responsibilities in your new role
Drive product yield, cost, and quality performance for assigned products in collaboration with Front-End, Assembly, Clusters, and Business Divisions.
Ensure products meet Infineon quality and reliability standards through robust test controls, including SBA, test workflows, test programs, and lot disposition assessments.
Support new product releases, ramp-up activities, Front-End qualification, technology transfers, and productivity improvement projects, including test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization, burn-in hour reduction, and NLoZD initiatives.
Conduct risk assessments for deviation management activities, including DDM, ALF, MRB, PCRB, and other approval platforms to ensure safe product release.
Support failure analysis activities through electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis, simulation, 8D investigations, root cause identification, containment actions, and permanent corrective actions.
Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement teams to achieve defined project objectives and targets.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
Good technical knowledge of products with the ability to guide and support junior engineers.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading projects and achieving project objectives.
