B. Braun in Penang seeks a Staff Engineer - Plastic Injection Molding Project Engineering to lead end-to-end PIM projects from concept through ramp-up, drive cost control and ensure quality. You will manage cross-functional teams, align with SOPs and participate in equipment validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex PIM projects through concept to ramp-up, including cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects focusing on process engineering, investment and production costs.
• Provide leadership to a team of project managers in equipment projects.
• Develop technology roadmaps, systems and SOP-aligned processes.
• Oversee project teams in production areas (assembly, packaging).
• Align global quality requirements across B. Braun sites.
• Develop concepts and feasibility studies for manufacturing.
