Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in R&D with hands-on design, testing and verification.
• Proven ability to plan and evaluate POC testing for mechanical design and validation.
• Ability to mentor and provide design guidance to the R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of new products from concept to commercialization.
• Develop mechanical designs and perform tolerance analysis and risk assessments.
• Plan and execute product testing, develop protocols, build prototypes, analyze results.
• Investigate issues, drive corrective actions and improve product quality.
• Conduct benchmarking and research to identify future opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration for product development.
