Job summary
Infineon Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Staff Engineer Engineering Sample to coordinate sample orders from planning through delivery and partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in semiconductor industry with knowledge in engineering sample or NPI or production planning.
- Understanding of BE Process Flow & basic BOM.
- Good understanding of production logistics and handling software.
- Familiarity with engineering sample tools and methods.
- Experience with end-to-end production/sample operations and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sample orders from planning through delivery.
- Collaborate with requestors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Drive operational excellence by resolving production issues and optimizing KPIs.
- Support new product capabilities and monitor cycle time, OTD, quality, and revenue targets.
- Lead expedites and ensure on-time closure of samples and lots.
