Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Staff Engineer in the Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) Product Engineering group in Malaysia. You will enable New Product Introduction and set up infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate NAND development and qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• Course work or work experience in Python/C/C++, semiconductor physics, data analytics and statistics is required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up infrastructure, automation frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows to support system-level evaluation of NAND during development.
• Support controller-based NAND testing, validation, and failure analysis with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with NAND Technology Development, Design and System teams to enable product development and qualification.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
