Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Penang is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, develop and maintain NAND reliability test programs for the NVM QRA team. You will work with Product Quality, Product Engineering and Operations to evaluate NAND products during development.

Applicants should have a strong background in flash memory reliability testing, hands-on C++/Python, and familiarity with Automated Test Equipment; AI tools usage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Microelectronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Hands-on experience with C++/Python and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of NAND flash reliability failure mechanisms.
• Experience applying AI tools to test-program development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability stress and testing methodologies for NAND products.
• Create and maintain NAND reliability and characterization test programs.
• Collaborate with Product Quality and Engineering to set up reliability test flows.
• Support operations to ensure smooth execution of test flows on testers with live products.
• Contribute to burn-in board design and related software.
