Job summary

Micron Technology Malaysia is seeking a Staff Engineer in the Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) Product Engineering group to support NAND-based system product development and new product introductions. You will help establish infrastructure, tools, and engineering practices to accelerate NAND learning cycles and optimize cycle time from silicon to qualified system.

You will collaborate with NAND Technology Development, NAND Design, System Development teams and leverage AI-enabled workflows,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in related engineering roles.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Understanding NAND system products and non-volatile storage tech.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Perl.
• Experience with AI-enabled development tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Enable NAND product development and qualification with cross-functional teams.
• Set up infrastructure, automation, and AI-enabled workflows for system-level evaluation.
• Support testing, validation, and failure analysis for NAND and SSD products.
• Develop automation and data analytics to speed decision making and reduce cycle time.
