Job summary

ELSA in Malaysia is seeking a Well Services SSHE Advisor to provide Safety, Security, Health & Environment support for well services and well intervention activities offshore.

The role requires a bachelor or diploma in science or engineering, extensive oil & gas experience, and proven ability to lead PTW audits, incident investigations, and contractor SSHE management for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in science or engineering required.
• SSHE knowledge aligned with Malaysian regulations is essential.
• Certifications in PTW, incident investigation or risk assessment are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide SSHE support for well services and well intervention activities.
• Support offshore SSHE assurance and risk assessment processes.
• Assist in PTW audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
