Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum O Level or above.
• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and email; able to operate a retail POS system.
• Willingness to succeed in a fast-paced, high growth retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the CHARM service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment with shared ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist across departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
• Leads by example and collaborates with Store Management to improve KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using ourC.H.A.R.M.service model
• Proactively contributesto creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions,ideasand concerns
• Learn& assistin various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operationssuch asPoint of Sale (POS)system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion ofloyalty programs,andmaintainingcleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example andcollaborate withStore Managementto improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere toCrocs, Inc.Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table
