Job summary

The position supports daily POS, stock replenishment, pricing, and promotions while maintaining a clean store environment. The role requires at least basic computer skills, English fluency, and the ability to work in a rotational shift schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs service model.

• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead by example to improve personal sales KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory control procedures.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using ourC.H.A.R.M.service model
• Proactively contributesto creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions,ideasand concerns
• Learn& assistin various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operationssuch asPoint of Sale (POS)system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion ofloyalty programs,andmaintainingcleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example andcollaborate withStore Managementto improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere toCrocs, Inc.Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 16years or older
• Possess at least O Level or above
• Minimum3years of working experience,preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English,proficiencyof other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work onrotationalshift basis, includingnights,Saturdays,Sundaysand Public Holidays.
• Basic computerproficiencyin Microsoft Word,ExcelandEmailand able tooperateretail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
