Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding service and help run daily operations. You will engage customers, process sales at the POS, stock shelves, and maintain visual standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in retail, fluent English, and are comfortable with rotating shifts including nights and public holidays. This role requires friendly, proactive team players who represent Crocs values.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• At least O Level or above.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to Crocs customers using the store model.
• Assist in creating an enjoyable team environment and share suggestions.
• Learn and assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily store operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotions, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including shortage prevention and inventory control.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using ourC.H.A.R.M.service model
• Proactively contributesto creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions,ideasand concerns
• Learn& assistin various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operationssuch asPoint of Sale (POS)system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion ofloyalty programs,andmaintainingcleanliness and recovery standards.
• Leads by example andcollaborate withStore Managementto improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere toCrocs, Inc.Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 16years or older
• Possess at least O Level or above
• Minimum3years of working experience,preferably in retail.
