Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of AV architectural drawings, system diagrams, cable/conduit risers, and detailed product documentation
• Evaluate and fine-tune Bills of Material (BoMs) to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Communicate infrastructure and design requirements clearly to construction teams
• Outline system rollout strategies and guide installation teams through execution
• Collaborate with client-side IT teams to define AV network needs and integration points
• Identify changes in project scope and support the preparation of corresponding change orders
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project expectations
• Acquire and maintain relevant certifications from industry bodies and manufacturers
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Possess solid background in system design and engineering for AV projects
• Demonstrated understanding of key project documentation, including: Architectural and engineering drawings, Project timelines and scheduling tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across personality types
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities with sound time and task management
• Able to allocate and supervise team workloads to meet project deliverables
• Adept at identifying and resolving issues independently with minimal direction
• Confident in leading meetings, presenting solutions, and delivering training to stakeholders
• Familiar with commercial construction practices and job site coordination
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff
