Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Penang seeks an engineer to lead NPI activities, optimize new device processes, and drive prototype sample builds.

You will perform risk assessments, study material characteristics, and report failures, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced semiconductor assembly environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Science discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing or process engineering is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Working experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing or process engineering and pre-assembly process (Wafer Backgrind/Dicing, Screen Print, Die & Clip Attached, Wire Bonding, molding & cutting) is an advantage.
