Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a proactive engineer to lead new product introduction activities in Penang. You will drive NPI initiatives, study new device process windows, and perform risk assessments to tackle technical challenges.

The role includes evaluating new materials and conducting prototype sample builds to ensure readiness for mass production. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering/Science and hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly or related pre-assembly

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Science is required.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly/manufacturing or pre-assembly processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Working experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing or process engineering and pre-assembly process (Wafer Backgrind/Dicing, Screen Print, Die & Clip Attached, Wire Bonding, molding & cutting) is an advantage.

• Good project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
