Job summary

SC Johnson seeks a Senior Associate, Project Management (ASEAN) to orchestrate regional stakeholder engagement and drive the End-to-End New Product Development process. You will connect cross-functional teams, align priorities and milestones to enable successful commercialization across ASEAN.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, with preference for manufacturing or purchasing/planning background. A PMI/APICS background and MS Project/Planner skills are valued.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in technical or business field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years of project management experience.
• Experience with new product launches and cost analysis related to operations.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Planner.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional cross-functional project teams to meet commercialization milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed regional timelines and risk mitigation plans.
• Engage Supply Chain SMEs to achieve cost, capital and customer service targets.
• Track progress, produce status reports, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support regional initiation through startup and supply chain stabilization.
