SC Johnson in Malaysia seeks a Senior Brand Manager for Pest Control to own growth plans and commercialization strategy, translating regional aims into local execution across consumer, customer, digital, and omnichannel platforms. You will lead pricing, A&P, and portfolio decisions in a highly regulated market.
You will collaborate with Regulatory and GSARA, manage Stage Gate processes, and drive end-to-end launches with a focus on ROI, profitability, and brand health.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Commercialization, Pest Control, this role will:
Lead the short- to mid-term growth strategy and commercialization agenda for Malaysia Pest Control.
Own business performance across net sales, market share, profitability, brand health, innovation, and A&P effectiveness.
Translate regional strategy into integrated portfolio, consumer, customer, digital, and omnichannel growth plans.
Operate effectively in Malaysia’s highly regulated environment, embedding registration, claims, product naming, artwork, and regulatory lead times into commercial decisions.
The successful candidate will combine the strategic and commercial ownership expected of a strong FMCG Senior Brand Manager with hands‑on commercialization discipline, digital and omni commerce capability, and the ability to lead complex cross‑functional teams.
Develop annual and multi-year brand, portfolio, and category growth plans for Malaysia Pest Control.
Analyze consumer, category, customer, competitor, and market‑share data to identify and action growth opportunities.
Manage pricing, A&P, portfolio architecture, and category P&L, recommending corrective actions where needed.
Lead regular business reviews and provide a clear point of view on priorities, trade‑offs, and investment choices.
Build a disciplined pipeline of incremental innovation, renovation, pack‑price, and format opportunities.
Lead projects end to end—from opportunity identification and business case through development, registration, launch, and post‑launch review.
Partner with Regulatory and GSARA to define product-registration, claims, naming, artwork, and amendment strategies early.
Manage Stage Gate, sourcing, costing, supply, artwork, launch‑readiness, and launch‑timing dependencies.
Assess incrementality, cannibalization, profitability, and market impact to determine which projects to accelerate, revise, or stop.
Partner closely with Global Marketing, ASEAN Marketing Innovation, Media Integrated Marketing, RD&E, CIBA, Sales, Ecomm, Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, and relevant external agencies.
Strategic Influencer to Malaysia country manager and commercial team
Represent Malaysia requirements in regional and global planning cycles and relevant initiatives
Build integrated full‑funnel plans connecting brand communication, media, shopper activation, retail media, e‑commerce, and in‑store execution.
Lead media‑to‑cart planning and optimize investment using reach, engagement, conversion, ROAS, CPM, CPC, and CTR.
Use consumer, retail, search, social, and e‑commerce data to identify new propositions, bundles, formats, and channel opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
6–8 yearsof commercial experience (Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales).
3–5 yearsof FMCG brand management.
Strong understanding of the FMCG environment and a passion for growth and executional excellence.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
