Job summary

Genpact in Malaysia is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A AP to review, validate, and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and adherence to AP guidelines. You will handle requisition follow-ups, drive process improvements, and maintain internal compliance with management policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions.
• Validate basics of invoices (supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, date).
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Suggest process improvements and reduce helpdesk queries.
• Perform daily internal audit for guideline compliance.

Job Description

Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc. Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately Ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer Follow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets ) to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline Able to think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvements Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
