Job summary

Genpact, a global leader in digital AI-driven business solutions, seeks a Lead Associate - Controllership to support R2R processes in Malaysia. You will prepare journal entries, assist month-end closes, and maintain reconciliations while coordinating with audit teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degrees in Accounting, Commerce or Economics are expected.
• Finance degree with Masters is valued; CFA/Certifications may be beneficial.
