Job summary

IOTA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior QA/QC lead to coordinate the SPS package on our EPC projects. The role requires delivering quality management systems, ensuring contractor and supplier compliance, and guiding a dedicated QA/QC team through complex offshore work.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior QA/QC role on EPC projects.
• Proven managerial/leadership experience.
• Experience in offshore oil & gas / subsea projects, SPS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, ITPs, audits, NCRs, inspections and vendor surveillance.
• Experience with contractor/subcontractor and supplier quality management.
• TotalEnergies QA/QC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work residentially in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QA/QC activities for the SPS package.
• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure contractor, subcontractor and supplier compliance with quality requirements and specifications.
• Review and manage Quality Plans, ITPs, inspection programs and audits.
• Manage NCRs, RFIs, corrective actions and quality improvements.
• Coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) and vendor surveillance activities.
• Ensure quality documentation and final records are complete and delivered on time.
• Supervise the SPS QA/QC team and provide quality leadership to the project.
• Monitor QA/QC KPIs, reporting, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
