Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd is seeking an Executive R&D Agriculture (Spirulina & Herbs) based in Jitra, Kedah. The role oversees post-harvest activities, processing schedules, and quality control to ensure product integrity from harvest through packaging.

The incumbent will lead a team, coordinate daily reporting, and ensure machinery safety and clean processing environments, while supporting related ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Agriculture or related field is required.
• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or food production operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Experience supervising subordinates is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be in-charge of post-harvest activities for the section/department.
• Schedule post-harvest processing activities (crunching, drying).
• Ensure high quality of materials during processing, packaging and storage.
• Operate, clean and maintain processing machines.
• Ensure safety and security of processing machines and facilities.
• Maintain clean, pest-free post-harvest areas.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Section Head.
