Qualifications

• Degree in Speech & Language Therapy / Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and ongoing patient assessments to identify problems and needs, and develop appropriate treatment and discharge plans.
• Provide high-quality speech language pathology therapy interventions based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.
• Provide counselling, education, and home program guidance to patients, caregivers, and families.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling and maintaining KPIs; participate in CPD and quality initiatives.
