KPJ Tawakkal Health Centre is seeking a Speech Therapist to develop and implement an intervention program, conduct assessments, and create individualized treatment and discharge plans to support patient self-management and safe, ethical care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, maintain thorough documentation in KCIS/EHR, provide education to patients and families, and mentor junior therapists while engaging in CPD and adhering to MOH and KPJ standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology with advanced certificate or post-basic in the specialized area
• MAHPC Practicing Certificate (or equivalent)
• 2–5 years clinical experience; entry-level for Diploma holders
• Experience in an acute or sub-acute hospital setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement interventions per specialized area
• Conduct assessments and discharge planning
• Maintain documentation in KCIS/EHR and report findings
• Provide counselling, education, and home program guidance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab team
• Support service operations and KPIs
• Mentor juniors and participate in CPD
