A leading crypto exchange seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure high standards across Compliance Ops functions. The role involves evaluating compliance case reviews, providing performance feedback, and collaborating with teams to enhance quality processes. This team is part of Compliance Operations within the Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC) Center. LDQA team focuses on continuous training, skill enhancement, and quality assurance to ensure the smooth execution of Compliance programs. We collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Customer Due Diligence Ops, AML Ops, and Sanctions Ops, as well as other partners such as Compliance Advisory, the Product team, and the Data team.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring high-quality compliance case reviews and maintaining performance standards across all Compliance Ops functions. In this role, the successful candidate will monitor and evaluate compliance cases processed by Compliance Ops agents and provide feedback to Compliance Ops functions to improve agent performance and ultimately, ensure efficient and high-quality implementation of compliance controls.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role (experience in the FinTech / Crypto / Financial Institutions industry will be an added advantage)
CAMS or ICA certification is a plus.
Able to work on-site.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards, such as AML, CDD, and Sanctions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Conduct QA review to assess agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback and coaching.
Perform root cause analysis by reviewing quality monitoring data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for training and process enhancements.
Initiate calibration sessions within the Compliance Ops functions to align on QA standards and address quality related matters.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development (LD) team to establish processes, define quality standards, ensure consistency, and refine training programs.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including QA scorecards, departmental SOPs, and other quality-related materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related matters.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in compliance and QA.
Participate in the development and implementation of QA initiatives and projects.
