TNG Digital Sdn Bhd invites a Specialist in Project Management to lead and coordinate PM activities for the Digital Wallet program in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive governance, planning and execution across multiple projects, ensuring quality outcomes and timely reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in management, and experience with Agile Scrum practices within finance products or mobile app development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Agile Scrum / Scrum Master certified is preferred.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• Knowledge of planning, monitoring and controlling programs and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, organization and coordination to support PM activities for Digital Wallet projects.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standard approaches for program and project management.
• Manage change and promote continuous improvement of PM processes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day E‑Wallet operations.
• Monitor program and project status for PMO and senior management; produce governance packs and reports.
• Maintain portfolio risks and issues, including mitigation plans.
• Ensure smooth operations of the Digital Wallet services.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB* Provide leadership, organization and coordination to support PM key activities, encompassing program planning, governance, resource management and project management for Digital Wallet and its related projects* Ensure all projects administered by the PM adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management.* Manage change and promote the continuous improvement of project management related processes.* Oversees the day-to-day E-Wallet operations* B.
