Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the product development lifecycle from concept through launch in a fast-paced digital environment. You will own roadmaps, PRDs, and align multiple stakeholders to deliver customer-focused features.

You will collaborate with commercial, UX, BI, compliance, risk, finance, and engineering teams, tracking KPIs and using data to steer decisions and post-launch reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry.
• Experience in local services, e-commerce, and POS is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate product requirements and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and PRDs to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, UX, BI, compliance, risk, finance, PM, developers, QA, and care teams.

Specialist, Merchant Services##### Contact usLoginBack# Specialist, *Merchant Services*NEWKuala Lumpur, MalaysiaPermanent#### Duties & Responsibilities* Own the product development process independently from concept to launch, for both new product opportunities and improvements to existing offerings based on market analysis and customer feedback* Develop and own working strategic plan for relevant product pillar with tools like product roadmap, product requirement documents (PRD) to ensure product vision are understood and aligned across all stakeholders* Coordinate and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including commercial, user experience design, business intelligence, compliance, risk, finance, project manager, developer, quality assurance and customer care to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives* Communicate roadmap changes of assignment domains with justifiable impact to stakeholders* Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decision, carry out post implementation review* Good evaluation of product requirement requests, both from business owners and self-initiation with proven post launch results* Stay informed about industry developments and competitors’ product offerings* Support & coach Junior Product Manager#### Requirements* Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, Finance or related Professional Certification.* At least 3-5 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry* Analytical skills and data oriented* Passion towards product development* Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed* Experience in local services, e-commerce, Point-of-Sales will be an advantage.Apply Now
