Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product to own the product development lifecycle from concept to launch for new opportunities and enhancements. You will craft strategic plans, roadmaps and PRDs to ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.

Collaborating with commercial, UX, BI, compliance, risk, finance, PM, developers and support teams, you will translate roadmaps into actionable initiatives, monitor KPIs and perform

Qualifications

• Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, Finance or related Professional Certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital/mobile app/tech industry.
• Analytical skills and data oriented.
• Passion towards product development.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed.
• Experience in online/offline payment, e-commerce and/or B2B areas will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development process independently from concept to launch, for new opportunities and improvements.
• Develop and own a strategic plan for the product pillar with roadmaps and PRDs to align stakeholders.
• Coordinate with commercial, UX, BI, compliance, risk, finance, PM, developers, QA and customer care to execute initiatives.
• Communicate roadmap changes with justification to stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, perform data-driven decisions and post-implementation reviews.
• Coach Junior Product Manager and stay informed of industry developments.
