Job summary

Genpact, a global leader in AI-powered business solutions, seeks a Sr. Associate for F&A - R2R to drive accurate financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.

You will participate in month-end close, fixed assets, intercompany activities, and SOX compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CRCM) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle General Accounting activities end-to-end.
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Produce month-end close reports and analyses.
• Process fixed assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Manage intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank and investment accounts; perform GL reconciliations.
• Support escheat reconciliations, corporate reporting, and audits.
• Assist SOX compliance and respond to audit requests.
