Job summary

Truegenics Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan, build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo, driving engagement and sales. You will craft persuasive copy and design, collaborate with a Singapore‑based team, and monitor performance to continually improve results.

This 6‑month contract role offers potential conversion based on performance and business needs, with remote collaboration across time zones and a strong emphasis on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience planning, building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
• Strong email copywriting and design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio showing your contribution.
• Sound marketing judgement: able to explain why a message or design should work for the audience and suggest stronger approaches.
• Able to assess email performance and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Hands‑on experience with an email marketing platform. Klaviyo experience is preferred; other platforms ok.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting, especially for mobile compatibility.
• Meticulous execution and ability to manage day‑to‑day campaign delivery independently.
• Able to collaborate across time zones with a Singapore‑based team.
• Ecommerce or direct‑to‑consumer experience preferred; health/wellness/supplements is a plus.

Mission of the Role

Create effective email marketing through strong copy and design, manage email performance, and suggest and implement changes that improve customer engagement, retention and sales.

Please note that this role starts off as a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position subject to individual’s performance and business needs.

Hands‑on experience with an email marketing platform. Klaviyo experience is preferred; relevant experience with other platforms is also considered.

Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email is an advantage, particularly for troubleshooting formatting and ensuring emails display well across mobile devices.

Meticulous attention to execution and quality control, and able to manage day‑to‑day campaign delivery independently.

Able to collaborate across time zones with a Singapore‑based team.

Ecommerce or direct‑to‑consumer experience preferred; health, wellness or supplements experience is an advantage.

Nice to Have

Experience independently shaping email campaign priorities and retention approaches.

Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Photoshop or equivalent design tools.

Shopify or comparable ecommerce platform familiarity.

Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals.

SMS marketing experience.
