Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Email Marketing/Activations Specialist to execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, collaborating with strategists, designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns with timely delivery.

The role is hands-on, offering exposure to campaign performance and continuous learning, with opportunities to grow skills and take on broader responsibilities over time. This is a fully remote, full-time position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, campaign execution or related roles.
• Comfortable working with campaign metrics and basic data analysis.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp or similar tools.
• Experience in email, SMS, or digital campaigns is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
• Motivated to learn, take initiative and grow into strategic roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, execution and performance monitoring of campaigns across channels (email, SMS, etc.).
• Identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and suggest actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategists, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to spot patterns, anomalies and opportunities.
• Suggest process improvements and take ownership of your campaigns.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients when needed.
• Manage multiple campaigns and tasks while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
