Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking an Executive, Spare Parts Operations to support daily spare parts and inventory activities within our automotive operations environment. Based at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, you will manage receiving, storage, issuing, and stock control to ensure accuracy and smooth store operations.

The role requires a tertiary qualification and at least 2 years in warehouse or spare parts inventory, with strong system literacy and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, store, spare parts, or inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming spare parts shipments and verify against documents.
• Record all stock movements in the system (incoming & outgoing).
• Issue and receive spare parts per operational needs.
• Organise and store parts in proper bin locations.
• Follow FIFO in stock management.
• Daily store tasks: picking, packing, stock checks, inventory handling.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering/receiving.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Assist team with spare parts enquiries and purchasing.
• Document stock movements and receipts accurately.
• Report damaged or discrepant parts to supervisor.
• Maintain organization, safety, and 5S standards in the store.
• Support other spare parts and store duties as assigned.
