Job summary

Hilton is seeking a qualified SPA Therapist to deliver body, face and nail therapies with a guest-first approach. You will upsell treatments and products, maintain spa cleanliness, and support training for new staff.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle busy periods while upholding Hilton brand standards. Responsibilities include inventory checks, opening/closing the spa, and ensuring a high level of service to guests, with a focus on memorable experiences

Qualifications

• High School graduate or beauty school certification.
• Minimum 2 years of spa experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Physically fit for long hours.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and retail products.
