Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified spa professional to lead the therapy team and deliver a broad range of high-quality spa treatments. The role involves mentoring junior therapists, developing service protocols, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Applicants should have 1+ year spa experience, strong skincare knowledge, and certified beauty therapy qualifications. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or salon environment.
• Proven experience in performing a variety of spa treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
• Certification in relevant beauty therapy or spa treatments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the spa therapy team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Perform a wide range of advanced spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
• Train and mentor junior therapists, providing guidance on techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Develop and implement spa service protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage spa inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
