Job summary

Body Perfect in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to deliver massages, facials, body wraps and waxing, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating client experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of spa therapy experience, excellent communication and a strong customer-service mindset, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques, skincare, and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for wellness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Certification in relevant spa therapies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies including massages, facials, body wraps, and waxing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and promote retail product sales.
• Schedule appointments and manage client records accurately.
• Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and industry trends.
