Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level Beauty Therapist. You will perform facial treatments, waxing, and client consultations, tailoring services to skin needs and client preferences.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin helps you communicate with a diverse clientele. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite work in Kuala Lumpur is required, with a focus on empathy, confidentiality, and high standards of hygiene.

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene protocols.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Address client concerns with empathy and escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Stay updated on skincare trends and product knowledge through continuous learning.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of products and supplies.

• Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.

• Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of products and supplies.
