Job summary

Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking entry-level beauticians to perform facial and body treatments, analyze skin, and tailor facial plans for customers in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Applicants with Beauty Academy training or a Diploma in Beauty Therapy are encouraged, with emphasis on communication, customer care, and willingness to learn. Flexible schedules may be discussed to fit personal needs.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with Beauty Academy training, a Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics, or relevant internship/training experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in beauty, facial, spa, or aesthetic industry is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and passionate about beauty.
• Working mums, part-time applicants, and candidates available Monday to Friday only are welcome. Flexible working schedules can be discussed

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial/ Body treatments and skin analysis.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customers' treatment progress.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Update customer treatment records accurately.
• Participate in company training and product knowledge sessions
