Job summary

PM Advisory Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (Selangor) seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across HR Management and Consulting sectors. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while collaborating with hiring managers to define needs and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in HR management or consulting is desirable.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates using diverse channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, define job requirements, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions, proactively identifying potential candidates before needs arise.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture and team dynamics.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Leverage Mandarin language proficiency to source and engage with a wider pool of candidates, particularly for roles requiring bilingual capabilities or targeting specific markets.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance PM Advisory Group's reputation as an employer of choice within the HR Management and Consulting industry.
