Intelek Talent Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to placement in Subang Jaya (near USJ 7 LRT). You will collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth, effective recruitment experience.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business, 1–2 years of recruitment experience, strong English and Bahasa Melayu, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience is a MUST
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
