What you will do

This role is responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. This role requires strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers, conducting research, qualification assessments, and due diligence to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support contract negotiations, draft and review agreements, and secure favorable terms while ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Process purchase orders and manage procurement transactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely delivery and maintaining accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, serving as primary contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations, while driving performance improvements.
• Analyze pricing proposals, cost structures, and total cost of ownership to evaluate bids and identify opportunities for cost savings and value optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, monitor supplier performance against KPIs, and conduct risk assessments.
• Streamline procurement processes, implement best practices, and leverage tools and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You will be a great fit if you

• 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across a global organization.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in air freight/logistics and supporting APAC markets is advantageous.
