Job summary

HP is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead Source to Pay transformation initiatives, driving end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and geographies. You will manage scope, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business value, including cost savings and efficiency gains.

The role emphasizes governance with senior stakeholders, change management, and risk mitigation to sustain adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations or related field.
• Experience with digital transformation tools/technologies (ERP, S2P systems).

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and KPIs/OKRs with on-time delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams and budgets; coordinate with Finance on budgets and spend.
• Translate strategy into actionable program plans and prioritize initiatives.
• Liaise between business, IT and SI partners; establish executive governance and reporting.
• Lead change management initiatives including communication, training and adoption strategies.
• Identify risks and remediation plans; maintain program health metrics.
