Job summary

HP is seeking a Program Manager (Cost Transformation) to lead and provide financial expertise to project teams, guiding process improvements and policy establishment. You will collaborate with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and conduct complex financial analyses to achieve objectives while representing the organization externally.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee depreciation planning, and drive capital investment governance across a broad scope.

Qualifications

Four-year or graduate degree in business, economics, finance or related discipline.
Typically 7–10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
CPA/CFA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead site capital investment planning and financial governance (CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, prioritization).
Own site capital cash flow planning and forecasting; ensure forecast accuracy and disciplined execution.
Manage depreciation planning and forecasting for asset base and investments.
Drive cost transformation governance and identify opportunities for productivity improvements.
Develop robust business cases using ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and sensitivity analyses.
Guide cross-functional project teams and establish policies through financial expertise.
Mentor lower-level employees and build internal/external relationships.
