SD Guthrie International seeks an experienced senior professional to lead the Global Procurement Transformation Office and drive change across the organisation. You will translate global strategy into a structured roadmap, manage portfolios of initiatives, and develop dashboards to track progress, benefits, and risks.

You will lead integrated change management, stakeholder engagement, and capability development programs, partnering with HR and L&D to design solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Min 8-12 years of relevant work experience in procurement functions.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following: procurement transformation/TO/PMO, change management, organisational development, talent management & capability development, procurement excellence, operating model transformation.

Aufgaben

• Establish and manage the Global Procurement Transformation Office.
• Translate strategy into a structured transformation roadmap with initiatives and milestones.
• Develop dashboards for project progress, benefits, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Facilitate transformation steering committees and leadership reviews.
• Track delivery of strategic initiatives against scope, timelines, KPIs and benefits.
• Develop and execute an integrated change management strategy for transformation initiatives.
• Partner with HR and L&D to design fit-for-purpose development solutions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and transformation updates.
• Promote ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
